This production line is used to produce metal screw caps (ear caps). The production line is completed by automatic feeders, CNC transport tables, punches, manufacturing glue injection machines, dryers and other machines. It has a high degree of automation and fast speed.

Glue injection machine: This machine is used for unscrewing cap molding and injecting glue. The blank cover is punched into a straight edge by a punch machine, and is pre-rolled, rolled and formed into a blank cover.After molding, injecting glue and making a screw cap, the glue-injected cap is sent to the oven for drying through a conveyor belt.

Drying machine: This machine is used to dry the lid after injection.
